Indien je het account permanent wenst te sluiten, is dit mogelijk ten alle tijden.

Je kunt jezelf permanent uitsluiten via het 'Speel Bewust' tabblad dat je kunt openen door op je avatar te klikken of je kunt ons ten alle tijden een email sturen via [email protected]

Na het bevestigen van een permanente sluiting, zullen we het account permanent voor jou blokkeren.

Houd er rekening mee dat je geen nieuw account meer kan creëren op onze site, en dat het niet mogelijk is om de toegang tot je account te herstellen indien de permanente sluiting is bevestigd.

If you'd like to permanently close your GGPoker account, you can do so at any time

You can permanently exclude your account through the Responsible gaming tab which can be accessed by clicking on your avatar, or if you'd prefer, send us an email us any time to [email protected], and after confirming a permanent closure, we'll block it for you.

Please note that you cannot create a new account in its place, and the account cannot be reinstated beyond that point.
