Dit probleem treedt op wanneer gebruikers de applicatie proberen bij te werken wanneer hun netwerkverbinding onstabiel is, wat leidt tot een mislukte poging om de update uit te pakken.

Controleer eerst uw internetverbinding om er zeker van te zijn dat deze stabiel is; u kunt zelfs uw Internet service provider raadplegen om te bevestigen of er een probleem is.

Zodra u zeker weet dat u een stabiele verbinding heeft, verwijder al uw bestanden en download het installatiebestand opnieuw en volg de stappen om het programma te installeren.

This issue occurs when users attempt to update the app when their network connection is unstable, thus leading to failed attempt to parse the package. 

First, check your Internet connection to make sure it is stable; you may even consult your ISP to confirm if there is an issue.

Once you are sure you have a stable connection, delete all your files and re-download the installer file and proceed to re-install the file.
