Spelpictogram op het bureaublad reageert niet /Game Icon on desktop does not respond

Verwijder de client van het apparaat om vervolgens een nieuw installatieprogramma te downloaden:

1. Verwijder de game in het Configuratiescherm
2. Open Windows Uitvoeren (Win + R)
3. Type %appdata%\[GGPoker]
4. Verwijder [GGPoker] map
5. Download een nieuw installatieprogramma en ga verder met het installeren van de GGPoker-app

Als het probleem aanhoudt na een volledige herinstallatie, verzamel dan de volgende informatie en stuur het rapport naar [email protected]

• Bijnaam
• PC-specificaties / OS-informatie
• tijdstip waarop het probleem zich voordeed.

Uninstall the client from your device and then download a new installer:

1. Uninstall the game in the Control Panel
2. Open Window Run (Win + R)
3. Type %appdata%\[GGPoker]
4. Delete [GGPoker] folder
5. Download a new installer and proceed installing GGPoker's app

If the problem persists after a full re-installation, collect the following information and send the report to [email protected]

• Nickname
• PC Specifications / OS Information
• Time of problem occurrence
