Het downloaden / updaten van het spel loopt vast of is te traag. / Downloading / Updating the game is stuck or too slow

Dit probleem kan optreden als gevolg van de DNS-server op de computer van de speler. 

In dit geval dien je te controleren of de DNS-server van de computer is gewijzigd, zoals Google DNS. 

Mocht het worden bevestigd dat de DNS-server is gewijzigd, moet deze worden teruggezet naar de standaard DNS-server (Automatic DHCP) die wordt ondersteund door ISP (Internet Service Provider).

This problem might occur due to the DNS server of the players’ machine

In this case, please guide the player to check if the DNS server of the machine has been changed to something like Google DNS.

If it is confirmed that the DNS server was changed, it needs to be returned to the default DNS server (Automatic DHCP) which is supported by ISP (Internet Service Provider)
