Wat is het delen van account? / What is Account Sharing?

Account Delen is een handeling waarbij u uw account deelt met iemand anders of het account van een andere speler gebruikt om aan een tafel te spelen. Dit soort handelingen is uitdrukkelijk verboden op onze site.

Spelers mogen maar één account op onze website hebben, maar we hebben wel een beleid voor twee verschillende mensen met verschillende accounts op dezelfde computer.

In deze situatie moeten beide spelers hun accounts hebben geverifieerd, maar zodra onze klantenservice kan bevestigen dat twee verschillende personen de twee verschillende accounts beheren, hebben ze toegang tot de meeste speltypes en varianten op onze site. Voor de eerlijkheid van het spel, mogen de spelers niet aan dezelfde tafel spelen. 

In het belang van eerlijkheid mogen spelers die onze website gebruiken slechts één account hebben. Als u een speler vermoedt of kent die meerdere accounts gebruikt, meld deze dan aan ons beveiligingsteam. Helaas kunnen wij u om privacy redenen geen informatie verstrekken over acties die tegen de gemelde partij zijn ondernomen, maar we verwelkomen dergelijke meldingen niettemin.

Gevallen van spelers met mogelijke meerdere account, kunnen ingediend worden via [email protected].

Account Sharing is an act wherein you share your account to someone else or use another player’s account to play at the table. This kind of act is is expressly forbidden on our site.

Players are only allowed have one account on our website, however we do have a policy for two different people having different accounts on the same computer.

In this situation, both players will have to have their IDs verified separately but once the support team can confirm that two different individuals control the two different accounts, they will have access to most of the game types and variants on our site, although these players will not be allowed to play together at some tables, in the interest of fairness.

In the interest of fairness, players who use our website are only allowed to have one account. If you suspect or know of a player using multiple accounts, report them to our Security Team. For privacy reasons, we can't supply you with any information regarding actions taken against the reported party but we welcome reports of this nature all the same.
