Waarom werken sommige tafels niet terwijl andere wel goed werken? / Why are some of my tables not working while others are running properly?

Meestal komt dit probleem voor, wanneer uw verbinding met de gameserver instabiel is.

Houd er rekening mee dat elke tafel waaraan u speelt aparte verbindingen/routes naar onze gameservers heeft.

Bijvoorbeeld uit de onderstaande afbeelding:

Als een van uw tafels verbonden is met Server1 en uw andere tafels zijn verbonden met Server2, kunt u deze situatie ervaren.

Als uw tafels nog steeds vertragingsproblemen hebben, raden we u aan deze te sluiten om opnieuw in te loggen. 

This problem mostly happens when your connection to the game server is unstable.

Please note that each table you are playing on has separate connections/routes to our game servers.

For example, from the image below:

If one of your tables is connected to Server1 and your other tables are connected Server2, you may experience this situation.

If your tables continue to have delay issues, we recommend that you close it to re-login.
