Foutmelding "De app kan niet op uw pc worden uitgevoerd" / Error message "The app can’t run on your PC"

Probeer de volgende stappen:

1. Open C:\Program Files (x86)\[YourBrandName]
2. Klik met de rechtermuisknop op launcher.exe en klik op Eigenschappen
3. Ga naar het tabblad Compatibiliteit
4. Zoals hieronder is aangegeven, vink het vakje aan naast 'Dit programma in compatibiliteitsmodus uitvoeren voor:', 
5. Druk vervolgens op het drop-out -down menu en selecteer 'Windows XP (Service Pack 3)'.
6. Vink het vakje aan naast 'Dit programma uitvoeren als beheerder'.
7. Klik op OK en start de client opnieuw op.

Try the following steps:

1. Access the C:\Program Files (x86)\[YourBrandName]
2. Right-click on the launcher.exe and click on Properties
3. Go to Compatibility tab
4. As seen below, check the box next to 'Run this program in compatibility mode for:'.
5. Then press the drop-down menu, and select 'Windows XP (Service Pack 3)'.
6. Check the box next to 'Run this program as an administrator'.
7. Click OK and run the client again
