Ik kan Windows niet installeren / I cannot install (Windows)

Volg de onderstaande stappen in volgorde, ga verder in de lijst als het probleem zich voort blijft doen

zorg ervoor dat de speler het juiste installatieprogramma Geo- en OS gebruikt - Stuur het bestand indien nodig rechtstreeks via e-mail (verander de extensie naar .gg en wijzig de naam in .msi voordat u probeert gebruik het)
zorg ervoor dat alle antivirussoftware op de apparaat is uitgeschakeld en probeer het installatieprogramma uit te voeren
Browser cache en cookies wissen
SSL-status wissen
Probeer een nieuwe installatie uit te voeren nadat u ervoor heeft gezorgd dat alle sporen van eerdere installaties zijn gewist en de machine opnieuw is opgestart (om sporen in tijdelijke bestanden te wissen

Voorbeelden voor de bovenstaande stappen:

1. (indien nodig)

"Ik stuur je het installatiebestand als bijlage, maar omdat het niet wordt geblokkeerd door je e-mail-filter, heb ik de extensie gewijzigd in .gg"

Download eenvoudig het bestand en hernoem de extensie naar .msi - eenmaal gewijzigd, zou je het installatieprogramma moeten kunnen uitvoeren.

2. (spreekt voor zich)

Open Chrome op je computer.

1 Klik rechtsboven op Meer

2 Klik op Meer tools > Browsegegevens wissen.

3 Kies bovenaan een tijdbereik. Selecteer Altijd om alles te verwijderen.

4 Vink de vakjes aan naast 'Cookies en andere sitegegevens' en 'Afbeeldingen en bestanden in cache'.

5 Klik op Gegevens wissen.

Probeer deze stappen om de SSL-slate van uw browser te wissen:

Volg de onderstaande stappen om dat te doen:

Klik op de 3 stippen naast de adresbalk in Chrome, direct onder de sluitknop van de browser.
Klik op Instellingen en scrol helemaal naar beneden naar Geavanceerd Klik op de knop om Geavanceerde instellingen uit te vouwen;
Scroll nu naar beneden naar de optie \"Open Proxy-instellingen\" onder het gedeelte Systeem en klik erop;
Er wordt een venster met de naam 'Interneteigenschappen' geopend. Ga naar het tabblad Inhoud in dat venster en klik op SSL-status wissen

Probeer nu nogmaals de downloadlink te gebruiken

Probeer de volgende stappen:

1 - verwijder de huidige GGPoker-client op uw computer

2 - zorg ervoor dat de geïnstalleerde map volledig is verwijderd (soms laat een de-installatie een lege map achter op uw schijf, zorg ervoor dat u deze volledig verwijdert)

3 - start uw computer opnieuw op (zodat alle sporen in de tijdelijke bestanden volledig worden gewist)

4 - download een nieuw installatieprogramma (als u de directe downloadlink niet kunt gebruiken, heb ik een nieuw installatiebestand in deze e-mail opgenomen. Ik heb het hernoemd naar een .gg-extensie, zorg ervoor dat u de extensie wijzigt in .msi voordat u het uitvoert)

5 - probeer het opnieuw te installeren en uit te voeren

Follow the below steps in order, continue down the list if the problem persists

ensure the player is using the correct installer Geo and OS-wise - If needed, send the file directly via email (changing extension to .gg and instructing the player to rename to .msi before attempt to use it)
ensure any Antivirus Software running on the machine is disabled and try running the installer
Clear Browser cache and cookies
Clear SSL state
Attempt new installation after ensuring all trace of previous installations are cleared and machine restarted (to clear any trace in temp files)

Templates for the above steps:

I'm sending you attached the installer file but, so it's not blocked by your email filter, I've changed the extension to .gg

Simply download the file and rename the extension to .msi - once changed, you should be able to run the installer.

2. (self explanatory)

On your computer, open Chrome.

1 At the top right, click More

2 Click More tools > Clear browsing data.

3 At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

4 Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.

5 Click Clear data.

Please try this steps to clear your browser's SSL slate:

Follow the steps given below to do that:

Click on the 3 dots showing next to the address bar in Chrome, right below the close button of the browser.
Click Settings and scroll all the way down to Advanced Click on the button to expand Advanced settings;
Now scroll down to “Open Proxy Settings” option under System section and click on it;
A window named “Internet Properties” will open. Go to Content tab in that window and click on Clear SSL State

Now try using the download link once again

Please attempt the following steps:

1 - uninstall the current GGPoker client in your computer

2 - make sure the installed folder is completely deleted (sometimes, an uninstall will leave an empty folder behind in your drive, make sure you delete it completely)

3 - restart your computer (so any trace left in the temporary files is completely erased)

4 - download a fresh installer (if you can't use the direct download link, I've included a fresh installer file in this email. I’ve renamed it to a .gg extension, make sure you change the extension to .msi before running it)

5 - try to install and run it once again
