Wat is foutmelding: 2503? / What is Error Code: 2503?

Deze fout treedt op vanwege een Windows-probleem. 

We willen het volgende aanbevelen:

• Download een nieuw installatieprogramma van de website en installeer de client opnieuw.

1. Verwijder de client uit Programmabeheer.
2. Verwijder de map {YourPokerBrand} ( C:\Users{YourWindowsLogin}\AppData\Local\{YourPokerBrand} )
3. Start uw computer opnieuw op.
4. Voer het installatieprogramma uit

• Installeer de client opnieuw met toestemming

1. Toegang tot de map C:/Windows
2. Klik met de rechtermuisknop op de map Temp en klik op Eigenschappen
3. Ga naar het beveiliging tabblad 
4. Klik op 'Bewerken'
5. Klik na het selecteren van 'Gebruikers' op 'Toestaan' onder Toestemmingen voor gebruikers
6. Klik op OK
7. Installeer de client opnieuw 

This error occurs because of a Windows problem. 

We would like to recommend the following:

• Download a fresh installer from the website and re-install the client.

1. Delete the client from Program Manager.
2. Delete the {YourPokerBrand} folder ( C:\Users{YourWindowsLogin}\AppData\Local\{YourPokerBrand} )
3. Reboot your computer.
4. Run the installer

• Re-install the client with permission

1. Access the C:/ Windows folder
2. Right-click on the Temp folder and click on Properties
3. Go to Security tab
4. Click Edit
5. After selecting Users, click on Allow under Permissions for Users
6. Click OK
7. Re- install the client
