This usually occurs when there is an error with the client's installer file.
Please try deleting all files, re-downloading a new installer file, and reinstall the program.

2. Select ‘Local Disk (C:)’
3. Click the ‘Program Files (x86)’ folder
4. Find and select the poker file name and delete the whole folder
5. Go to the download page and hit the download button
6. Once the installer has been downloaded, reinstall the application
