KYC - Hoe kan ik mijn documenten uploaden via de app? / KYC - How can I upload my documents through the app?

Log in op uw account en klik op de avatar om 'Mijn pagina' te openen.

Onder 'Mijn account' aan de linkerkant vindt u het gedeelte: 'Mijn documenten' waar u uw adres- en identiteitsbewijs kunt uploaden.

Selecteer het soort document dat u uploadt (ID-kaart, rijbewijs, bankafschrift of energierekening).

Zodra de documenten zijn geüpload, verschijnen ze als 'in behandeling' in Mijn documenten.

Ons KYC-team zal hun best doen om uw documentatie binnen de komende 24 uur te beoordelen.

Please log into your account and click on the avatar to open the 'My Page' view. 

Under 'My Account' on the left side you will find the section 'My Documents' where you will be able to upload your proof of address and proof of identity. 

Please select what kind of document you are uploading (ID card, driver's license, bank statement or utility bill).

Once the documents are uploaded, they will appear as pending in your 'My Documents' section. 

Our KYC team will give their best to review your documentation within the next 24 hours.
