7.1. Data Mining wordt omschreven als elke handeling die resulteert in het verzamelen van andere handgeschiedenissen dan de eigen handgeschiedenissen.

7.2. Het is de gebruiker ten strengste verboden om tools van derden te gebruiken voor het importeren en/of converteren van handhistories van de pokertafels of PokerCraft.

7.3. Het is de Gebruiker strikt verboden om direct of indirect toegang te verlenen tot zijn eigen PokerCraft-gegevens of om zijn eigen handhistories te delen met een andere partij.

7.4. Mogelijke acties bij overtredingen VERWIJDERING VAN TOEGANG TOT POKERCRAFT, VERWIJDERING VAN HET SPEL, PERMANENTE BAN, INBESLAGNAME VAN FONDSEN

Het delen van privé spelgegevens of -resultaten op welke manier dan ook, ongeacht je intenties of die van het platform waarmee dit gedeeld wordt, kan beschouwd worden als een schending van dit beleid en kan leiden tot het nemen van passende maatregelen.

7.3. User is strictly prohibited from granting direct or indirect access to one's own PokerCraft data or sharing one's own hand histories to another party

7.4. Potential actions for breaches: REMOVAL OF ACCESS TO POKERCRAFT, GAME REMOVAL, PERMANENT BAN, CONFISCATION OF FUNDS

Sharing private game data or results in any way, regardless of your intentions or those of the platform you're sharing it with, could be considered a breach of this policy and might lead to actions being taken.
